In order to provide a container for this practice and process, one lesson will be covered each week for 12 weeks. As soon as you sign up, you’ll get access to introductory lectures and practices that will thread through the entire course.
The course is setup so that it works for individuals no matter where they live in the world. New content will be released each week, and you can work through the practices, videos and exercises at your own pace. Then, we’ll have a dedicated Facebook group set up for questions and conversations. The group works well for people to drop in, comment and participate in their own time.
Yes. Each section has an asana practice and a set of sun salutations that works with the theme (e.g., a practice to go with the yama ahimsa or non-violence, another for satya, truth and so on). In addition, there’s a section for the asana limb as well.
Each weekly module includes a dharma talk (philosophical and educational content) that is about 30 minutes long. In addition, you’ll have readings and personal reflections that take about an hour over the course of the week.
Each week, you’ll also get approximately 20-30 minutes of asana and another 30 minutes of seated practices that include pranayama, mantra, and more. You could choose to every part of the practice every day (for a daily one hour practice) or to mix and match pieces if time is more limited.
Yes, absolutely. Once content for a week is unlocked, you will have access to that in the future. You can return to the course at any time and you’ll receive any updates to the curriculum for future course releases as well.
