We are all embodiments of the Divine.
Over five days, we’ll devote our attention to five deities—each a unique expression of the Divine. Through practice, story, and mantra, we’ll explore some of the most cherished deities in the yoga tradition. We’ll study the Divine in its aspect as One Truth (Tat Sat), and explore how each deity’s characteristics resonate with or challenge us. Each day we’ll explore a different deity:
• Ganesh: clearing obstacles
• Shiva: creation and destruction
• Durga: fierce compassion
• Hanuman: great devotion
• Lakshmi: abundance and enoughness
Open to certified teachers, those in teacher training and students interested in deepening their personal practice.
