Join me as I introduce these esteemed Vedic priests from Chidambaram Sri Nataraja temple, one of the largest Shiva temples in India, for an afternoon of intensive mantra japa (chanting) followed by meditation and pranayama techniques. They will share their perspective on modern day yoga, and how it connects to the traditional Bhakti yoga of India, along with tools to connect modern brains to these ancient, powerful traditions.
All funds raised will go to support children’s education programs in India. Donations for this event (even if you cannot attend) will be collected here: sivarathna.com/school-bags
