3-day virtual retreat

This offering will support you in carving out time for reflection, nourishment, building strength, power of surrender and gift of discernment. With practices designed to unwind, enliven and rest, the 3-day retreat will support you in integrating all that is going on in the world and finding your own center of calm amidst it.

Let's gather to replenish, connect and sustain ourselves in community.

Day 1 | Unwinding

Release the tensions from the week and reset the nervous system

Day 2 | Vigor & Vitality

Enliven the physical and energetic bodies

Day 3 | Stillness

Surrender into a state of calm and ease

Retreat Structure

  • Daily meditation, pranayama, mantra and asana for each theme. These are pre-recorded, and you can practice any time during the day
  • Daily journal prompts
  • Encouragement for self-nurturing over 3 days: set down your devices for a half day, take a bath, a nap, a walk, or do a creative activity.

What you will need

  • Space to roll out a yoga mat (and privacy if possible)
  • Any props you love to have (none are required, but support is so welcomed)
  • Internet connection and a device for part of the day
  • A journal
