Intention • Integrity • Inspiration: 300-Hour Residential Teacher Training

Overview

Embark on a transformative journey into the heart of yoga’s ancient wisdom and teachings, rooted in devotion and self-realization.

Join me for a life-changing 3-week immersion in the sacred land of Mexico, where we will explore the profound dharma teachings of yoga to integrate these timeless practices into our daily lives. This training is designed for those who seek to deepen their understanding of yoga, not just as a physical practice, but as a way of life—one rooted in integrity, intention, and inspiration.

With over 25 years of teaching and 40 years of meditation practice, I lead from a place of deep devotion to bhakti yoga, guiding you through the rich teachings of yoga’s philosophy, meditation, asana, chanting, theming, and spiritual practice. Through this immersion, you will gain a deeper understanding of yoga’s ancient science, learning how to embody its principles to live with greater presence, purpose, and peace.

This 300-Hour Training Is For You If...

  • You already hold a 200-hour certification
  • You’re a teacher seeking inspiration, depth, and alignment
  • You want to return to the seat of the student
  • You crave immersion in sangha, study, and self

This immersion is for yoga practitioners, teachers, and seekers who wish to elevate their practice and teaching while staying true to the ancient teachings of yoga. You’ll leave not only with a deeper understanding of the dharma, but with the tools to live these teachings fully, radiating compassion, wisdom, and joy in your everyday life.

Come with an open heart, ready to explore the depths of yoga and to step into your true potential as a teacher and a practitioner.

Three-Week Thematic Structure

The training will be divided into three themes, each lasting one week, allowing you to explore yoga from the inside out:

Week 1: Intention

We’ll begin by setting the foundation by clarifying our intentions and direction. Learn how to align your actions with your highest intentions and explore practices to cultivate mindfulness and focus in every moment.

  1. begin by exploring what drives our behaviors, choices, and actions
  2. discern how to create more clarity and a deeper sense of alignment in our bodies and lives

Week 2: Integrity

Dive deeper into the ethical teachings of yoga and explore how to live with integrity in all aspects of your life. This week will focus on building a personal practice of discipline and sincerity, connecting you with your true self and your role as a teacher and guide for others.

  1. uncover a deeper understanding of our samskaras and their imprints on our present
  2. identify how to clean these up so we can build a stronger foundation that will hold us more firmly through the ups and downs of this journey.

Week 3: Inspiration

Discover the power of inspiration through devotion (bhakti yoga), mantra, and meditation. Connect to your inner source of strength and creativity, learning how to inspire others through your practice and teaching, while remaining grounded in the deeper teachings of yoga.

  1. discover what sparks, delights, and moves us at our deepest core
  2. remember what lights us up, we’ll return to ourselves, more awake to the awe in each breath.
  3. Life being fully lived.
