Schedule

Thursday, July 23

1-4 pm: Yoga | Aging: Perimenopause & the Art of Transitions

What the #@&%! is happening?
Who am I now?
Where did my energy, vitality, and sense of purpose go?

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Perimenopause often arrives quietly—until suddenly we realize we’re in the middle of it. The shifts can touch every part of us: body, sleep, mood, resilience, identity.

In this half-day immersion, we’ll explore how yoga can support us through seasons of change—whether you’re in perimenopause, post-menopause, or simply navigating the transitions that come with aging and evolving. Through movement, breath, rest, and reflection, we’ll practice meeting change with steadiness rather than resistance.

Together we’ll work with:
Stability — grounding the nervous system, finding steadiness in the body and emotions

Strength — supporting muscle, bone, and resilience through sustainable, intelligent movement

Sustainability — learning rest practices to support sleep, stress regulation, and recovery

This offering centers the lived experience of women while welcoming others who want to understand the transitions more than half of the population moves through—and how to support partners, friends, and themselves through change with more care and awareness.

Come as you are. This is a space to move, rest, ask honest questions, and meet this stage of life with more clarity, compassion, and strength.

Friday, July 24

12-1:30 pm: Summer of Love with DJ Drez

Join Janet and DJ Drez for a joyful, groovy, and immersive practice. We’ll move with a backdrop of beats to celebrate the expansiveness of summer and our collective aliveness. Our practice will open our hearts wide. This connection to hridayam (spiritual heart) invites us to glimpse behind the illusion of separation and melt into the community of living beings, all longing for joy, connection, and love.

4-5:30 pm: Begin AGAIN

How to start where we are. Begin now. Now. And now, again. A journey into stepping into presence so we may see the moment clearly and slough off old patterns, habits, thought loops, and greet what is exactly here in front of us.

Saturday, July 25

8-9:15 am: Morning Meditation

A guided meditation from the mountain top. Enjoy the incredible birds-eye view of town surrounded by nature while we step back into spaces of connection. Tending our inner relationship amidst the natural world is a powerful combination. Let go of tension and attend to the inner terrain of the body.

10-11:30 am: Inner Rhythms with DJ Drez

We begin landing with breath and pouring ourselves into a slow, soulful flow guided by Janet. As the practice deepens, the movement expands. The space warms. Breath becomes the rhythm. Carried by DJ Drez we liberate ourselves into free, intuitive dance. Our heart beats creating a collective wave of compassion, presence, and release—a celebration of aliveness, resilience, and the simple power of moving together.

Sunday, July 26

10-11:15 am: LSD: Long, Slow, Deep with Sol Rising

A journey inward through long-held, floor-based postures and slow, steady breath. This practice is an invitation to dissolve layers, awaken inner currents, and enter the quiet mystery that lives beneath the surface of it all.

Janet Stone

Janet Stone

Janet’s studentship began at 17 under the meditation teachings of Prem Rawat. His reverence for simplicity and finding joy in the rise and fall of life live on in her practice and teaching today. In 1996, she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, and became dedicated to the path of yoga. Janet blends the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship. She aspires not to teach but to allow the practice to emanate from her, letting awareness blend with movement and breath. Based in Bali and San Francisco, she leads immersions, retreats, workshops and more.
