In this series, Janet explores the bandhas and their relationship to the practice. Each module explores a different bandha and includes an introduction, a physical exploration and a live segment from Janet's 2024 training in Bali. In the course we explore: mula bandha, uddiyana bandha, jalandhara bandha, jiva bandha, and hasta and pada bandhas. This course can count for 4 continuing education credits or teacher training elective hours.
