Begin at the beginning

The Foundations certificate is a 200 hour teacher training program. We dive deep into the 8-limbed path of practice.

The program is an amazing way to deepen your practice, or to build a foundation for teaching yoga that emanates from your own commitment to living yoga.

For our 2025 cohort, you can choose between two pathways:

  • Core curriculum + a residential immersion. This option is about half online and half in-person immersion.
  • Core curriculum + virtual training core + a mix of electives (electives can be in-person, virtual or a mix). This option can be fully virtual or include some in-person hours.

Both pathways include

  • Core Curriculum (85 hours): Living the 8 Limbs virtual course (50 hours) and In Parts the Whole virtual anatomy course (35 hours)
  • Graduation requirements: Partner integration and teaching capstone (about 7 hours)

The 200-hour program is registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll receive a 200-hour certificate.
